Most stores require multiple scheduled visits over 1–5 weeks depending on store size and SKU count. Small stores (under 1,000 SKUs) are typically completed in 1–2 weeks, while larger stores may take 3–5 weeks. We'll give you a clear timeline and visit schedule during your consultation so you know exactly what to expect.

We have direct experience with Clover, Square, Lightspeed, NCR, NRS, Cash Register Express, Heartland, and Shopify POS. Our process works with virtually any system that supports manual adjustments or CSV imports.

Two things: (1) your POS system updated to reflect actual shelf inventory, and (2) a complete spreadsheet with every item counted—UPC, product name, size, and quantity. Ghost items and discrepancies are flagged.
